15. BEYOND THE FLOW CHALLENGE – CONTEST TERMS By participating in the Beyond the Flow Challenge (“Contest”), you agree to the following terms: a. Eligibility You must meet age and residency requirements as outlined on the Contest page. Participants under 18 must have verified parental or guardian consent to enter. b. Submission Guidelines All entries (e.g., video, written, or creative media) must: • Be original and created by the entrant; • Not violate any intellectual property rights; • Follow platform guidelines (e.g., length limits, format requirements). c. Content License By submitting, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your content for promotional, editorial, and educational purposes. This includes display on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You also authorize the use of your name, image, and voice in connection with the Contest unless you opt out in writing. d. Judging Winners are selected by a panel based on creativity, storytelling, and execution. All decisions are final. e. Prizes Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to substitute prizes if needed. f.
